carrying your portable unit

On one of the Clayton’s Classroom phone calls someone asked about carrying the portable units around.  Should you have a bag for them?  Will they break if dropped?  The answer was to be careful and don’t drop your units, and no, there were no bags or cases for portable units on the Natural Action Technologies website.

Which led me to do a little Amazon shopping.  Here’s what I came up with:  a curling iron cover bag from Baggallini.  I love Baggallini tote bags and purses; they wear like iron.  My first Baggallini purse took me through about 8 years of everyday use.  I stopped using it only because I got tired of the color and wanted a change.  I can personally recommend the Baggallini product line.

Just so happens that the best price the Baggallini retailer on Amazon offers is on the turquoise curling iron bags, which goes very nicely with the Natural Action Technologies colors on the sticker.  I got my Bagg today and haven’t field-tested it yet, but I think this will do nicely.  It’s padded and waterproof and looks good, is big enough, and there are other colors available on Amazon.

**update June 10:  I can carry both my portable unit and a mini shower unit in the Baggallini!  The velcro closure on the end secures both items in the bag just perfectly.  There’s just enough padding in the Bagg, and it’s waterproof inside and out, so if any water remains inside one of the units and drips out inside the Bagg, no worries.  Great product & perfect for this use!
